Refund Policy

We do not accept return/refund after the goods are delivered to the customers. Please check that goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery. However, in very rare situation where our products are found defective, you may return the goods to us provided that you inform us on the day of receiving the goods.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods received are in order upon receiving the goods. If there are any missing goods / wrong goods being delivered to the customers, the customers shall inform us on the day of receiving goods. We shall not be responsible to any missing goods / wrong goods if the customers fail to inform us on the day of receiving goods.

It is the customers responsibility to collect the goods immediately from guardhouse or any other place that the customers has specially put in request to the delivery company. We shall not be responsible for any return / refund of defective goods due to the failure of the customers in collecting their goods on time upon delivery of their goods.

Customers should ensure that the goods are properly stored in freezer upon receiving the goods. We shall not be responsible for any defective goods caused by the failure of customer in storing the goods at proper place upon receiving them.

Reasons below are not considered defective and we shall not accept the return of goods from customers :

·Slight variations on product color from website images.

·Slight product measurement variation.

·Minor item imperfections, such as small crack, minor shape deformity, etc.

·Self-inflicted damage to the item.


All refund agreed are to be made in store credit only, to the account that order(s) is/are placed.
